Introduction – Welcome to our virtual healthcare consultation and therapy services. These terms and conditions govern your use of our online consultation and therapy services, which are provided by our healthcare professionals. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.

Scope of Services – Our virtual healthcare consultation and therapy services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who are authorized to provide medical consultation and therapy services. We offer online consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions via video, audio, or messaging platforms.

Eligibility – Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use our services.

Appointment Booking – To book an appointment with our healthcare professionals, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your medical history, and the reason for the consultation. You must also provide valid contact information, including your email address and phone number.

Fees and Payments –  Our consultation and therapy services are fee-based. The fee for the consultation or therapy session will be communicated to you at the time of booking the appointment. You are responsible for paying the fee at the time of booking a consultation or therapy session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling – If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment… Feel free to contact our support team or helpline Number, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we do not guarantee the the success of the reschedule / cancelation will be non-refundable.

Privacy and Confidentiality – We take your privacy and confidentiality seriously. We will collect and use your personal information for the purposes of providing our consultation and therapy services + Providing you information or service/offer details via call / WhatsApp / email . We will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

User Conduct – You are responsible for your own conduct when using our services. You must not use our services for any illegal or unethical purpose. You must not interfere with the operation of our services or infringe on the rights of other users.
